Cancellations & Rescheduling (2)

Yes and No.  In the event that you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, we offer you a FREE clean or we can change the cleaner who works at your property.  For clients who have signed up for our Cleaning Plans, and who have paid in advance, if the contract is cancelled, they will be refunded any advanced payments in keeping with our policies.

You may cancel or re-schedule your cleaning.  Please note that reschedules are considered as cancellations.  If you have paid in advance for the cleaning, you will be refunded according to our Cancellation Policy below.

Before 12 pm the day before – 100% refund

After 12 pm the day before – 75% refund

On the same day – No refund

At Eazy Maids, we know that your property is valuable to you.  When we clean it, we do our best to make sure it sparkles and gleams!  If, for a valid reason, you are not satisfied with our cleans, we will send another cleaner or give you a *FREE clean.  Free cleans only apply to basic cleans.

The number of cleaners will vary depending on the size of your home, and the type of job to be done.  For example, for a basic clean in a home up to 1,000 square feet, that has already had a Deep Clean, only one cleaner is required.  To undergo a Deep Clean of a home of that same size, at least 2 cleaners will be required, depending on the condition of the home.

Yes, you can pick up excess clothing from the ground.  This shortens the amount of time that the cleaners are in your home by allowing them to start cleaning immediately.  If you have any pets, please have them secured before we enter the premises.

Payment (4)

Payment is due on or before the day of the scheduled cleaning, and are made directly to the Manager.  Accepted forms of payment are EC Cash, Local Personal Cheques and Bank Drafts. We do not accept Debit / Credit cards at this time. For Cleaning Plans (e.g. weekly and monthly), the customer can pay up to 3 months in advance to cover cleanings.

Students do not receive a specific discount at this time, however, each client qualifies for a one-time Referral discount.  When you refer a client to us who books a Cleaning Plan, Move-In / Move-Out Clean, Deep Clean or Commercial Clean with us, you receive 15% OFF your *next clean (discounts are not awarded to Deep Cleans).

No, an estimate is provided when a clients wants an idea about how much it will cost to clean their home or space.  An invoice is provided when the final price has been set.  Our ‘Request an Estimate’ form is very detailed, but from experience, an accurate price is only able to be provided when we visit the actual property in person.

General Questions (6)

All Eazy Maids cleaners are professionally trained and have work experience in the field of residential and / or commercial cleaning. Babysitters and external maintenance personnel are screened, which entails police record screening and personal references.  They all have worked in their field for at least 1 year.

We provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services.  At this time, we also offer the additional services of Basic Carpentry, Pressure Washing and Babysitting.

We service all parishes in Grenada.  At this time, we do not offer services in Carriacou & Petite-Martinique. We plan to do so in 2019!

Our services begin as early as 8 am on a daily basis, and we end at 5 pm, however, for deep cleans and other intensive jobs, we may stay for longer hours.  You will be advised in advance if the time needs to be extended.

Yes, we work on Saturdays and Sundays.

If you have signed up for one of our Cleaning Plans (e.g. daily, weekly or monthly clean), you will be responsible for providing your own supplies.  This ensures that the cleaning tools are used in your house only.  If we are providing a One-Time Clean, Deep Clean or a Commercial Clean, we will bring our own supplies.  If you request for us to use special supplies, you will need to provide those.
